Branch Out: Reflection

This afternoon open house will be a by-invitation-only gathering to honor those who have contributed to our World War Bonsai: Remembrance & Resilience exhibition and to recognize the bonsai artists and their kin whose living legacies connect us to the past, present, and future.

We’d be honored to have you join us, the Consul General of Japan in Seattle Inagaki Hisao, artist/activist Erin Shigaki, and others in person. You will have an opportunity to see the exhibition, take part in a Curator-led tour, meet family members connected to bonsai artists featured in the exhibition and to Pacific Bonsai Museum, and enjoy light refreshments. We will have a short program at 2pm.

RSVP here for this free event.

In light of the Delta variant and out of respect for vulnerable populations, we request that all guests wear face coverings while at the Museum when not consuming food and beverage. Masks will be available. The event will be held entirely outdoors. We will continue to follow the Delta variant spread as well as the weather and continue to make updates as appropriate.
